        The watch case is top-notch — super well made and feels premium. Delivery was fast, and the customer service was honestly amazing. The watch cushions were a bit too wide for some of my pieces, so I reached out to customer support. They replied in under 24 hours and sent me smaller cushions for free. Can’t ask for more!
